30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment. This applies to first-time purchases only.
To request a refund, email hello@theoutreach.xyz with the subject line "Refund request" and the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
Subscription cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date
- You will retain full access to your plan features until the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period, except under the 30-day guarantee above
Renewals
Monthly subscription renewals are not refundable after the renewal charge has been processed. If you did not intend to renew, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can find your renewal date in your account settings.
If you believe a renewal charge was made in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case.
Free plan
The free plan has no charges and no refund eligibility. You may delete your account at any time.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of:
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
- Requests made beyond the 30-day window for first-time purchases
- Repeated refund requests across multiple subscription periods
How refunds are processed
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your card issuer but is typically 5 to 10 business days after we approve the refund. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller.
